Sorting and processing used clothing, used shoes, mixed rags, and used bags is a complex task. With no standardized operations, each country has its own set of standards. With nearly 12 years of experience in the second-hand products industry, Recying is well-versed in the demands of countries across Africa, Asia, Europe, South America, and Oceania.
We understand the unique requirements of different regions and prioritize brand integrity. As a result, our factories have developed strict and standardized sorting criteria to meet the needs of various countries and budgets.
Used clothing, shoes, and bags are sourced from reputable suppliers, which include recycling centers, platforms, schools, organizations, and more. Our suppliers conduct thorough inspections of these items to ensure top quality.
During our comprehensive sorting process, the pre-sorted used textiles undergo further classification into up to three grades, tailored to meet specific requirements, destination countries, seasons, materials, and quality standards:
Cream Grade: This grade comprises high-quality used clothing with 95%-100% new condition, free of defects, making them ideal for resale. These used clothing items exhibit top-notch quality and are highly sought after.
Brand Clothing: Brand-used clothing boasts a pristine condition of 90% new, free from stains, holes, or tears, featuring excellent styles from prestigious international brands such as Adidas, Nike, Converse, Fila, and more.
Grade A: Items in this grade feature moderate defects, such as no pilling, fading, or holes. They boast bright, fashionable designs that align with trends from the past 3-5 years, ensuring they remain desirable and stylish.
Grade B: Garments in this grade may have visible defects, such as slight pilling or minor stains. However, they still offer vibrant colors and can be worn comfortably for everyday use.
Different countries typically have varying requirements for single package weights. For instance, in West Africa and the Middle East, the standard is 80kg-100kg per bale, while in East Africa, it is 40kg-50kg per bale, and in Southeast Asia and the Americas, it ranges from 45-350kg per bale. We will package the clothes according to your specified single package weight requirements, placing them into bags.
Our experienced container loading team will handle the loading of bales of used clothing into containers. They are capable of fully loading containers to 100% FCL capacity, allowing you to save on shipping costs.
Our containers can hold 13,500 KG (equivalent to 300 bales of 45 KG) of clothes in a 20ft container, and 28,600 KG (equivalent to 640 bales of 45 KG) of clothes in a 40ft container.
Each pair of used shoes undergoes a thorough inspection to assess its overall condition, identifying any defects, damages, or signs of wear and tear.
Used shoes are categorized based on various factors, including brand, style, size, and categories, including sneakers, basketball shoes, football shoes, tennis shoes, and more.
We categorize second-hand shoes into three grades: Brand used shoes, Grade A, and Grade B shoes. They all possess excellent quality, with the highest-quality being the branded shoes.
The packaging methods for mixed used shoes and brand used shoes differ. We individually bundle and pack the shoes, one pair at a time, according to their grade and specific requirements.
Our 40ft container can hold about 1005 sacks of shoes (25kg/sack), while the 20ft container can accommodate approximately 480 packs of shoes. Our container loading team ensures 100% FCL capacity.
After container loading, we arrange for shipment to ensure that the shoes are 100% FCL. We also follow up with logistics regularly to ensure timely delivery to our customers.
Each used bag undergoes a thorough inspection to assess its overall condition, identifying any defects, damages, or signs of wear.
Our experienced team meticulously grades each bag based on its quality and condition, categorizing them into different categories such as purses, handbags, backpacks, cloth bags, tote bags, and more.
We categorize second-hand shoes into three grades: Brand used shoes, Grade A, and Grade B shoes. They all possess excellent quality, with the highest-quality being the branded shoes.
Once processed, bags are meticulously packaged to ensure they are protected during transportation and storage.
After packaging, our seasoned container loading team rigorously ensures 100% FCL capacity during loading, ensuring that the used bags remain free from wear and moisture during transportation.
After container loading, we’ll send photos to assure customers of our used bags’ readiness for shipment. We also maintain regular communication with our logistics team to provide timely updates on shipping progress.
We’ll visually inspect incoming raw materials, removing any spoiled, dirty, unwashed, or unrecyclable items. Our mixed rags factory conducts rigorous incoming material inspections to maintain top quality.
After the initial sorting and inspection, we further categorize mixed rags based on color, material, and other factors into white rags, colored rags, bed sheet rags, and more.
We specialize in customizing mixed rags to meet our customers’ exact specifications. Whether it’s small cleaning cloths or large industrial wipes, we meticulously cut and trim the rags to the precise sizes requested.
Experienced inspectors meticulously examine plastic bags of wiping rags before packing. Samples are taken for cleanliness testing, then weighed and compressed into eco-friendly squeeze packs.
We ensure our containers are fully loaded and closely monitor logistics to ensure timely delivery of our goods to their destination.
